GoodBye MyExplorer 8

This might be the last compile for MyExplorer 8,it's was a simple web browser with minimalist function back on Year 2k Era,back on 2004-2010.

The idea to built this browser,because it's linked to Internet Explorer Web engine,by using IE library..it's an easy setup to develop browser with minimal list function.and of course the adware and spyware toolbar was an issue on IE 5/6, on 2003-2012 in the past.
