New version of fxCalendar for public.

In this software, the time zone had been set automatically to Malaysia, but it can be changed.

If the trader is outside of Malaysia,make sure the GMT time is according to the current time zone.

This program is part of FXTrader-Labs. The release to the public is part of the support for forex traders.
